The name on the invoice must be the purchaser of the firearm. There must be background checks done on ALL gun purchases (whether you have a permit or not). This includes long and hand guns. A photo ID is required. Winning bidders agree to come to Darr Auctions Warehouse at 909 Larson Lane on pickup day to pay for your firearms and $25 FFL FEE PER GUN. Our FFL Dealer will have a representative at our warehouse on our scheduled pickup days: Monday 8 am-7 pm and Tuesday 8 am-5 pm to help fill out forms. ALL GUN PURCHASES NEED TO BE PICKED UP WITHIN THOSE TIMES. You will be able to take your firearm home with you that day with approval. Remember, we are only accepting bids from MINNESOTA RESIDENTS on ALL GUNS! Remember that no handgun can be purchased without a permit to purchase or a permit to carry (This item requires a permit to purchase).
