Dennie graduated from the World Wide College of Auctioneering in 1981, and has been conducting a successful auction company ever since. He completed the required real estate training and became a real estate broker in March of 1996. Because Dennie had been involved in so many real estate transactions in previous years, his experience allowed him to skip sales person status and go directly to real estate broker.

Rodney graduated from The World Wide College of Auctioneering in December of 1995 to go into business with his mother and father. In March of 1996 he completed his real estate courses and began working his own satellite office in Rushford, MN, as a sales person for a successful Coldwell Banker Real Estate Agency. In August of 1999, he completed broker education and added a real estate branch to Darr Auctions, now known as Darr Auctions & Realty.
Bruce also graduated from The World Wide College of Auctioneering in December of 1995 to help the family's growing business. Due to the increased demand for auction service, Bruce has joined Shirley in taking care of some of the post auction responsibilities.
Advertising is crucial in both the auction and the real estate business. Shirley does the majority of advertising, sale bills, promotions, consignors, and commissions. When you hire Darr Auctions and Realty, you get a detailed list of your items, who bought them, and for how much. Efficiency is the key, and Shirley is efficient.
